I am an associate professor in the School of Public Affairs at San Diego State University. I received my Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the University at Albany, State University of New York, specializing in comparative public policy and administration, and nonprofit organizations as policy actors and service providers. My research focuses on the role nonprofit organizations play in meeting the health and social service needs of minorities and marginalized groups, with a specific interest in the developing world and low-income populations in the United States. Thank you for taking time to learn about my research and teaching interests!
